Wauchula, FL Maternity Session

Maternity sessions are always special, but this Wauchula, FL maternity session was particularly close to my heart. Sarah and her husband Kyle were expecting a baby girl (at the time of this post, sweet Hattie Claire has been born!) and I had the honor of capturing this precious time in their lives. I’ve known Sarah since we were college roommates and have since been international travel buddies, this session was a beautiful continuation of our shared memories.

A Special Connection

I previously photographed Sarah and Kyle’s wedding in Savannah with the Savannah Elopement Package last year, and now I got to photograph their maternity session in Wauchula, FL. Our history made this session extra special, filled with laughter and joy as we reminisced about our college days and adventures.

Wauchula Park Photoshoot

We started our session at a beautiful park in Wauchula. Sarah looked so beautiful as we captured moments of anticipation and joy, celebrating the new life she and Kyle brought into the world!

A Unique Twist with Mini Donkeys

Halfway through the shoot, we decided to change locations and include a fun and unique element: Sarah’s parents’ mini donkeys! It was a magical, unexpected twist to the session. One of the mini donkeys was also pregnant, which added a touch of humor and cuteness to the photos. The playful donkeys were so cute, and we all had so much fun hanging out with them.
