Forsyth Park & River Street Engagement Session

Danielle + Travis planned such a sweet Savannah wedding – from a first look in Telfair Square, to photos by the Lafayette Square fountain, to a ceremony in Forsyth Park, to a celebration lit by string lights in the backyard of The Whitman. They made sure to include all their favorite Savannah spots, and each moment was just filled to the brim with laughter and romance.

This shot is the epitome of unposed…I snapped it on the way back from the sailboat styled shoot I photographed back in October.

Savannah Engagement Session

Sometimes life takes you on a path you’d never expect – but it brings you to exactly where you are supposed to be.

Amber + James have a love story for the books, and they got to celebrate joining their families (they have four boys between them!) at Bethesda last fall. Between tears and laughter, hugs and prayers, they stood in front of their families and pledged to love each other forever.

Surprise proposals are quickly becoming one of my favorite things to photograph, for so many reasons!

Bridal sessions used to be a common tradition, but now I find brides doing them less and less. But, I LOVE them, so let’s bring them back!! It’s such a special time because it’s not rushed – we don’t have a wedding day timeline to contend with or anyone else to photograph. It’s just about YOU. We can be more creative, go to different locations – you name it, the sky’s the limit!
