I absolutely love when families book a photo shoot when they are on vacation because honestly, I can’t think of a better souvenir. I wish that this kind of photo shoot had been a thing when I was little, because I can just picture how my family would have looked each summer we spent visiting the gulf coast beaches in Florida. We’ve only got the posed Sears photos (which are total gems, don’t get me wrong!), but I’m just so glad I get to capture such fun, candid memories for families who visit the Lowcountry.

It’s trippy to think about the kiddos in the photos I take looking back at them 10, 20, 30 years from now – showing their future spouses photos from their vacations, reminiscing about all the fun they had.
