Jade + Jurgen’s engagement session couldn’t have been more perfectly “Savannah” – from   Washington Square to Emmet Park, with ivy walls and brick steps along the way. We explored the Historic District together, laughing and talking about their lives in California, how the universe brought them together, and why they love Savannah so much.

That’s what I love so much about engagement shoots – the time I get to spend with my couples before their wedding day. We get to laugh together and get to know each other better, all while the couple gets comfortable in front of the camera without the pressure of a wedding day timeline.

And that’s why engagement shoots are included in all of my packages! Because I don’t want it to be something that needs to be decided on with a dollar amount attached to it – I want it to be part of the wedding photography experience for all my couples. Even if we do it two days before your wedding, that’s ok! There’s no “right” time for an engagement shoot – it’s always the right time for kissing and laughing under the Spanish moss.
